Finally!! Some snow!!
After waiting until the middle of January for snow, we finally got some. Of course, John was breathing a sigh of relief that we almost made it through the winter snow-free. With our 1/4 mile long, unpaved driveway (all uphill to the house), he wasn't sure what was going to happen once the white stuff fell. So, the day it did, the kids headed out to start shoveling. Of course, by the time they reached the bottom of the driveway, the top was covered again :-)
