Ceiling Diamonds

As most of you know, John built a large pond in our backyard this past summer. We have loved having it for so many reasons. The fish alone are really beautiful, and we like seeing them grow. The plants were lovely when they were alive, but they have gone dormant for the winter. Glo loves to go wading in the water, no matter how cold it is. Mark is one of the luckiest, because his bedroom looks out over the pond, and as with the family room, if his windows are open, he can hear the waterfall.

With the fall sunshine, we have discovered a new bonus to having the pond. For about four hours every afternoon, this is what we see (with the waterfall noise in the background):
